This week in Expressive Arts, we will continue to explore different mediums and ways to express creativity using mind, body and sound. Kids will be encouraged to use their originality to create art that helps them learn healthy emotional expression and emotional management. They can draw, paint, build, and act out a myriad of thoughts and emotions while learning mindfulness techniques and ways to better understand themselves.
