Erica Starr Pringle

Erica Pringle is the proud wife and mother of 3 children. She has been singing since the age of 4 at her late grandfather's church. She also received vocal training from UC Berkeley's Young Musician's Program. After graduating high school, she received a Music scholarship and attended Holy Names University. She also sang in the UC Berkeley's Young Inspirational Gospel Choir and Los Medanos Community College under the direction of the highly respected college Professor, Dr. Silvester Henderson. She loves working with youth and had the pleasure of teaching Music for 3 years at the East Bay School for Boys in Berkeley, CA. She then provided vocal support for the school play productions at Academy of Alameda. She was also the Cheer Coach and offered support for student athletes. She believes that music is a universal language that allows anyone to express any and every emotion in the most creative way. Music provides healing as well as be a form of therapy, which is why she and her husband have been hosting annual benefit concerts to raise awareness as well as funds for suicide prevention. She is committed to challenging students to be their best self and to explore music as a way to share a piece of who they are in a way that speaks to every heart.
