Ever wonder how we learned how to see under our own skin and into our bones? Come learn about George Edward Alcorn Jr., a Black inventor who changed the world through his contributions to science. Among other feats, Alcorn invented an imaging x-ray spectrometer, so we will learn about what that means and create our own x-ray prototypes like the machines we might see at the doctor’s office. Come see through the holiday with EDMO!
