Movement Breath and Embodiment

Gain even more confidence in your acting skills with an EDMO Coach-led movement breath and embodiment practice. Through practicing body language and different ways to physically portray emotion without words, kids can learn how to act through the body. Movement practice (developing character and emotional continuity while moving and speaking), and breath work (using breath with purpose for a variety of reasons, including puppetry, dance, and singing) can increase kid's confidence and acting skills. Required materials: None.
